• Data collected by the Central Vehicle Register is provided with varying frequency and methods by institutions required to do so, among them vehicle registration authorities, vehicle inspection stations, and the Police;
• The Minister of Digital Affairs is, as a matter of principle, not permitted to independently: verify, enter, complete, update, modify, or delete collected data;
• data available in the CEP can be affected by the circumstances in which it was collected (including force majeure, telecommunications quality and information submission schedules).
